We ship orders Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm eastern standard time from our warehouses throughout the U.S. If you placed your order prior to 2pm with expedited shipping and your order is in stock with standard handling time, it will ship the same day.
Please note, if you purchased expedited shipping on a Friday after 2 PM, the soonest you will receive your package is the following Tuesday.
All orders with standard handling times are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Some items on our site do ship via Freight and those items ship out in 3-5 business days and are marked as such.
If you purchased equipment that requires freight shipping, you will receive a tracking number and the carrier name via email. It can take 3-5 business days for freight shipments to be arranged and picked up by the carrier. The carrier will contact you directly to arrange for delivery.
If you did not receive your order, or your tracking number shows delivered but you did not receive it, please send a message to support@voomisupply.com and our team members will respond to you within 1 business day.
